The Flower Dripper is CAFEC's iconic product — a flower-shaped pour-over dripper with spiral petal ribs that create a natural swirling water flow through the coffee bed, producing more even extraction and richer flavors than conventional drippers.

Step 1 — Prepare

Place a CAFEC filter paper in the Flower Dripper, rinse with hot water to pre-heat and remove paper taste

Step 2 — Coffee

Add 15–18g of medium-ground coffee (adjust to taste)

Step 3 — Bloom

Pour 30ml of 92–96°C water, wait 30 seconds for the bloom

Step 4 — Pour

Pour slowly in small circles from center outward. Total 250–300ml, completing in 2:30–3:30 minutes
